- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- We do not accept returns for damaged, used, or non-resalable items unless they arrived defective.
2. Return Process

- Once approved, we will provide return instructions.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
3. Refund Policy
- Refunds will be issued after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect products.
4. Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us.
